The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the
bill on page 1, line 11, by striking the title and inserting in
lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:
A BILL to amend and reenact §17B-2-1 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to the requirements for obtaining
a driver's license or identification card; updating reference
to the Motor Carrier Safety and Improvement Act of 1999; and
allowing persons who possess a valid driver's license to also
obtain an identification card.
